1. DATA_PROCESSING_FRAMEWORK

Jovien utilizes Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini Models) to perform advanced facial geometry analysis. Your uploaded portraits are transmitted via encrypted channels to these models for the sole purpose of generating aesthetic blueprints.

2. NO_MODEL_TRAINING_POLICY

We respect the integrity of your identity. We do not use your personal images or analysis results to train, improve, or refine any AI models. Your data is used exclusively for your personal session.

3. PAYMENT_SECURITY

All financial transactions (Credits/CRD) are managed by RevenueCat and processed via Apple In-App Purchases. Jovien does not store or have access to your credit card or billing information.

4. IDENTITY_ENCRYPTION_&_STORAGE

We use Sign in with Apple to create a secure, anonymized Subject ID. Your generated blueprints are stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) with enterprise-grade encryption.

5. RIGHT_TO_FORFEIT_&_PURGE (Account Deletion)

You have the absolute right to be forgotten. By using the "TERMINATE IDENTITY ARCHIVE" feature within the App settings, the system will immediately:

• Permanently delete all facial geometry data.
• Purge all generated images from our cloud storage.
• Wipe your subject history from the database.
