1. DATA_PROCESSING_FRAMEWORK

Jevie utilizes Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini Models) to perform advanced facial geometry analysis. Your uploaded portraits are transmitted via encrypted channels to these models for the sole purpose of generating aesthetic blueprints.

2. NO_MODEL_TRAINING_POLICY

We respect the integrity of your identity. We do not use your personal images or analysis results to train, improve, or refine any AI models. Your data is used exclusively for your personal session.

3. PAYMENT_SECURITY

All financial transactions (Credits/CRD) are managed by RevenueCat and processed via Apple In-App Purchases. Jevie does not store or have access to your credit card or billing information.

4. IDENTITY_ENCRYPTION_&_STORAGE

We use Sign in with Apple to create a secure, anonymized Subject ID. Your generated blueprints are stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) with enterprise-grade encryption.

5. AI_PROCESSING_TRANSPARENCY

Jevie utilizes secure Google Cloud (Vertex AI) infrastructure for facial analysis.

• Zero-Training Guarantee: We explicitly certify that neither your uploaded portraits nor the generated aesthetic blueprints are used to train, retrain, or improve foundation AI models.
• Explicit Authorization: No data is transmitted to the AI engine without your deliberate action (tapping "Execute").
• Data Scope: Only the necessary facial geometry data required for styling analysis is processed.

6. RIGHT_TO_FORFEIT_&_PURGE (Account Deletion)

You have the absolute right to be forgotten. By using the "TERMINATE IDENTITY ARCHIVE" feature within the App settings, the system will immediately:

• Permanently delete all facial geometry data.
• Purge all generated images from our cloud storage.
• Wipe your subject history from the database.

7. DATA TRANSMISSION & THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE

Jevie transmits static 2D portrait images selected by the user to Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI) via HTTPS encrypted channels.

• Data Recipient: Google Cloud Ireland/US (Vertex AI Infrastructure).
• Data Protection: Our agreement with the service provider explicitly ensures that user-uploaded content is NOT used to train, improve, or refine Google's foundation AI models.
• Purpose: Processing is strictly limited to extracting facial geometry coordinates for generating styling recommendations.
• User Rights: Consent is obtained in-app before each transmission. Users can exercise their "Right to be Forgotten" by using the TERMINATE IDENTITY ARCHIVE feature, which performs a permanent server-side purge of all facial data.

8. FACE DATA PRIVACY SPECIFICATION

Collection: We collect facial geometry data from the photos you voluntarily upload. This includes coordinates of facial features and skeletal proportions.

Purpose: This data is used exclusively to generate personalized aesthetic blueprints, hairstyle recommendations, and V-zone styling advice. We do NOT use this data for user identification or authentication.

Sharing: Facial data is processed via Google Cloud Vertex AI. We do not sell or share your data with any third-party marketing entities.

Storage: Images and analysis are stored on encrypted Firebase servers. You can view your data in your personal "Vault" within the app.

Retention: We retain facial data only as long as your account is active. You may purge all data instantly via the "TERMINATE IDENTITY ARCHIVE" button in settings.
